“In the end, just three things matter: How well we have lived, How well we have loved, How well we have learned to let go” ― Jack Kornfield
Are you stressed out, easily anxious, overwhelmed by everything that you need to do and tired all the time? Do you have a lot on your mind?
If you’re looking to revamp your life and your health and you don’t know where to start, a personal retreat could be what you are looking for.
I offer 3 day personal retreats in London. This is an opportunity to get to know yourself on a deeper level. To connect to who you really are rather than who you think you are.
This is particularly for you if you feel you have no time because what I offer will allow you to understand the concept of time and what creates more available time.
This is a very individual process that is by invitation after an initial consultation.
I create a nurturing space where you can fully relax and reconnect to yourself.
A programme will include
Coaching conversations to quieten the mind and allow you to connect to your inner wisdom so that you can make change effortlessly or lovingly accept ‘what is.’ In fact your whole perspective can shift so that your problems no longer look like problems.
A digital detox. Apart from emergency contact, this is an opportunity to remember or experience what life was like before telephones, internet and TV. You may find it addictive!
A programme may include
- Personalised yoga sessions
- Guided meditation sessions
- Personalised Nutrition session
- Healthy Cooking Session
- Deep tissue massage or reflexology
- Juice Fasting
Getting yourself back on track will give you the motivation and energy to make any changes to your life that are holding you back or preventing you feeling fully in control of your life.
What I regularly hear from clients I have coached is that they have found the process to be easier than they thought and deeply enriching to their lives and their relationships.
What a great way to spend a Saturday
A well-organised kitchen, cooking in teams and not only learning wonderful, tasty recipes but also picking up loads of other useful cooking tips and skills along the way. The classes are well prepared with the work stations set up, the recipes divided up into groups and all the ingredients laid out – all that was left to do was focus on preparing a delicious meal that we all sat down to enjoy at the end of the class.
A healthy mindstate is essential for achieving goals. It is also the foundation of innovative thinking and productivity as well as being essential for wellbeing.
Understanding how we function as human beings and what creates our perception of reality allows us to maximise potential, respond effortlessly and communicate clearly. Functioning effectively in this way also allows an individual to embrace life rather than being fearful or negative. Having a greater understanding of where your experience comes from rather than getting tied down with the content of it creates greater clarity, and makes more time available.

Thank you so very much for a really inspiring exciting interesting day
With lovely food and company at the end. I thought it worked really well, we all got along so well and am amazed how easy it was to produce such a healthy tasty spread!
Last Saturday I had what I like to call a “perfect day”. I attended a Yoga and raw food workshop here in Balham run by the gorgeous Louise from The Yoga Cook and it was AWESOME.
We started the day with an energising flow yoga class with lots of Asanas and Pranayama to stimulate our digestive systems and boost our energy levels. The class was paced really well and was challenging but familiar – the perfect class in my opinion! After our class we took ourselves down to Louise’s gorgeous kitchen to learn how to make Raw pizza and Raw Lemon Cream Bars. For lunch we ate a fresh garden salad and our pizza’s washed down with homemade Elderflower cordial!
After lunch we took part in a Meditation/Yoga Nidra class to soothe and nourish the system and then took ourselves out in the garden to enjoy the glorious sunshine with our fresh herbal teas and yummy lemon bars.
What I loved most about the day was how much I learnt – new recipes & tips, new Asana‘s, new mindfulness eating practises that I can put in place immediately – and I learnt it all in a calm, nurturing and relaxed environment with a wonderful teacher! Louise’s home is unbelievably beautiful (and exactly the kind of home I see myself in one day!) and everything about the day was planned perfectly. Hats off to you Louise – you know how to run a damn good workshop!
