“We cannot solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them.” -Albert Einstein
Are you ready for change?
Most coaching techniques create change by fixing the problem e.g. “when I get or do X, I will feel content”. This may create temporary relief until you think of the next problem or thing that you need.
Your whole life can pass by in the misunderstanding that what you are looking for is somewhere out there. But what if everything you are looking for already exists within?
The coaching I offer creates change through an understanding of our innate nature. That…
100% of your life experience is created from the inside via thought
Through understanding what happens behind the human experience, less time and energy is wasted fixing, blaming, complaining and procrastinating, As stressful thinking falls away, inspiration, performance, resilience and creativity show up naturally.
In sports they call this ‘the zone’. In everyday life it can be described as being in flow or fully present. It is the mental state of being fully absorbed in the ‘now’ This is the optimal and most enjoyable state for any human being.
From this place of wellbeing, the primary indicators of health show up as:
This innate health is accessible to everyone, regardless of their present psychological, emotional or physical health or their life circumstances. The deeper your understanding, the more ease and flow you will experience in your life.
Want to know how coaching works and how to book a transformational coaching experience?
All of my work is based on The Three Principles understanding.
The Three Principles of Thought, Consciousness and Mind were termed by Sydney Banks as a result of an experience he had in the 1970s which enabled him to understand the psychological functioning behind every human being.
The discovery was not new. Being principles, they explain the very nature of human existence and how it has always been. However, what Sydney Banks did was put his discovery into a language that enabled something that has been largely invisible to be more widely understood (Similar to the discovery and understanding of gravity)
Having an understanding of how something works is invaluable. If something ‘appears’ to go wrong and we attempt to fix it by doing something to stop the malfunction, it may help initially but fundamentally the problem will continue or morph into a new problem if we don’t fully understand how it works.
Understanding how you and every human being function results in psychological wellbeing which is the source of health and contentment.
Healthy individuals create healthy communities, which create healthy nations, which create a healthy world.
Many thanks to Sydney Banks and all the wonderful Three Principles teachers sharing this understanding.
