400g Eating Apples Chopped and Cored
2 Tbsp Xylitol
Place the apples and blackberries in a pan with a dash of water over a low heat and cook for 15-20 mins until the apple is soft.
Place in a blender and sweeten with xylitol if necessary.
Spread the puree as thinly as possible on sheets of non stick paper and dry in a low oven (lowest setting on the over) or dehydrator until the leather is set. Approximately 12 hours.
Tear into strips. Stores for several months in an air tight jar.
